second:
the larva is the first stage of the butterfly's life cycle after hatching from the egg it eats alot till it grows BIGGER AND BIGGER.
then it forms a hard cover on itself called the CHRYSALIS,and now it is called pupa which is the second stage after hatching from the egg.
then it comes out of this hard cover to be THE ADULT BUTTERFLY.
OKAY YOU GOT IT AM I CLEAR?
