12- What happened when the prophet frowned at Ibn Umm Maktoom?
The prophet immediately received the first ten verses of surat Abasa in which Allah blamed him.

1- A man whom a woman of beauty and high position seduces but he says “I fear Allah”. (The other six are not required)

Ya’qoob, Ishaq, and then Ibraheem.

He saw eleven stars, the sun and the moon all bowing down to him.
19-What was the attitude of Yoosuf’s brothers towards him? Why?
They were jealous of him because of their father’s love to him.
20-What was Yoosuf’s brothers’ plot in order to get rid of him?
They thought of throwing him down in a deep well, and they did that.
21- What happened to Yoosuf after he had been thrown into the well?
A caravan came and took him to be sold in Egypt.
22- How many years did Yoosuf spend in al-Azeez’s house?
He spent two or three years.
23- How did Yoosuf face the severe test with al-Azeez’s wife? And what was the result?
He said “I seek Allah’s protection, My Lord never allows that”, then he turned away quickly to the door. However, she accused him and asked her husband to throw him in the prison.
24- How many years did Yoosuf spend in prison?
He spent eight or nine years “Allah knows best”.

He saw seven thin cows eating seven fat ones, and seven green grains next to seven withered ones.

He was released by the command of the king after he interpreted his dream.

After Yoosuf ordered that position, because he saw himself efficient for that, the king and the council agreed happily.

There was famine in Palestine also where Yoosuf’s family lived; so, they came to Egypt seeking for food.

When Yoosuf’s shirt was thrown at Ya’qoob’s face, his eyesight restored.

- When he is entrusted, he betrays.
- When he speaks, he tells lies.
